Job Title: Security Systems Manager
Location: New York & New Jersey (Field & Office-Based)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Security Systems Manager to join our team, overseeing access control, CCTV, and intrusion system projects throughout New York and New Jersey. In this role, you will manage project execution, team operations, customer service, and administrative functions including billing and collections. This is a full-time position offering excellent pay, a full benefits package, and a company vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage security system projects, including design, installation, and commissioning.
Supervise and mentor technicians and project staff, ensuring efficient operations and high standards of work.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored security solutions.
Manage billing and collections to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment follow-up.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure installations and services meet company standards.
Prepare and deliver quotes for security system solutions, working closely with sales and engineering teams.
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and provide expert guidance to the team.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and proactive support.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, industry standards, and company policies.
Travel within NY & NJ as needed using a provided company vehicle.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in security systems management, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
Familiarity with systems such as Honeywell, Genetec, Bosch, Axis, Hikvision, or similar.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong billing, collections, and quoting experience in a service-based environment.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
